ABOUT DAN
Dan has been passionate about fitness, athletics, and martial arts from a young age. Growing up, he trained in Shorin Jiu Ryu Karate and Japanese Jiu Jitsu while competing in tennis, soccer, and baseball. At 19, Dan discovered boxing and quickly became captivated by the combination of strength, stamina, discipline, and technical skill the sport demands.
While training at Atlas Boxing, Dan was introduced to the Hookup Muay Thai Club, where he developed a deep appreciation for the art of Muay Thai and its unique “eight limbs” approach—using the hands, elbows, knees, and shins. Throughout his 45+ bout amateur career, Dan incorporated a variety of strength and conditioning techniques to stay strong, fit, and competition-ready.
Dan has been a certified personal trainer and boxing/kickboxing coach since 2005. His extensive experience in combat sports, strength training, and conditioning allows him to bring a unique combination of knowledge, energy, and practical experience to every client he works with.

ABOUT SABRA
Sabra has been a dedicated personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2006. Her passion for dance and movement began at an early age, leading her to graduate from the Claude Watson School for the Arts as a dance major and earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from York University.
With a compassionate and inclusive approach, Sabra has a special interest in working with older adults and individuals with health or physical limitations. She believes that limitations do not have to limit the possibilities for movement. Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable, confident, and cared for on their journey toward better health and well-being.
Each training session incorporates elements of postural alignment, balance, core strength, muscular endurance, mobility, and restorative stretching. Sabra's unique background in dance and fitness allows her to bring creativity, attentiveness, and a deep understanding of movement to every session.
