If you have a health condition, we are here to help accommodate it, so that you can continue to exercise in a safe and comfortable way. We have trained people with Parkinson’s, heart conditions, asthma, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer, osteoporosis, hip and knee replacements, arthritis, vertigo, and more. Each session consists of a workout that focuses on balance, posture, strength, flexibility, and mobility.

*Workouts can be adapted to be done in a chair or on a mat on the floor to accommodate various levels of mobility.

Bands ‘n’ Bells

This class is composed of interval based strength training circuits. We use resistance bands and dumbbells to strengthen your entire body as well as increase your balance, posture, flexibility, and mobility!

  • Equipment: Resistance bands and various dumbbells.

Box ‘n’ Barre

This class is a prime example of opposites attracting. Kickboxing and barre unite to give you a cardio and strength building workout that will leave you feeling pumped up, confident, and ready to take on the day!

  • Equipment: 2lb dumbbells

Cardio Dance and Yoga Fusion

The first half of this class is Cardio Dance. It will have you feeling invigorated and free as you move to the beat and enjoy songs from all decades and genres! The second half of this class is designed to bring peacefulness and calmness to your body and mind. It focus on stretches, flows, and balances, to lengthen and strengthen your entire body.

Sit and Be Fit with Caregivers and Family

A fun and engaging seated dance class. Easy to follow movements, and nostalgic and recognizable music, will leave you feeling energized and refreshed! Caregivers and family members are encouraged to join in and experience meaningful connections with their loved ones in a supportive and welcoming class. No previous dance or exercise experience is necessary. All of the movements can be easily modified to accommodate various health conditions and physical limitations. Just be your wonderful selves, and let the music lead the way!
